Wincobank Light Up the Hill Event

It was another successful year for the annual Wincobank Light Up the Hill Event. With the collaboration of the Roots of Iron Project, the Grow Theatre, and the young participants from Wincobank the event turned out to be a memorable moment that took its audience back in time to witness the meeting between Brigantine Queen Cartimandua and the Chieftain of the Catuvallauni trive, Caratacus.

With just two days to make costumes and reherse the production, the event became a success. Thank you to the staff from Grow Theatre and Wincobank Chapel: Rachel, Penny, James, Carmel, and Anna; and the outstanding children actors: Harmony, Chanel, Charelle, Emma, Cody, Evie, Maya, Thomas, Alex, and Millie for a very entertaining evening. Volunteers Meagan and Ashley, from Archaeology in the City were also there to assis the children and staff. Hope to see you all again next year
