HUNGATE – What next?

The fourth Archaeology & Ale talk was presented by Toby Kendall from York Archaeological Trust. In his talk “Hungate: What next?” Toby talked about the future of Hungate, the largest ever archaeological excavation in York and one of the biggest developer-led projects in the UK. It has provided training for students and volunteers for many years alongside the commercial excavation team. This month’s podcast is a short interview with Toby about the project, as we weren’t able to record his whole talk as it included some as-yet-unpublished information.YAT_logo
